OUR CULINARY JOURNEY
The Valley Restaurant was opened over 60 years ago by the Chiavarini family. They brought their passion for great food and service with them from Italy and used family recipes for their cooking.
Today we celebrate their passion and our own love for great Italian cuisine by preparing all of our food fresh, from scratch each and every day. From pasta and sauces to bread and desserts everything we serve we make ourselves. Our recipes include old world staples as well as an infusion of new world influences.
